Well, in terms of prospect, gold coast is definitely a good buy. There will be shop-lots from summerton in the near future, no need to walk further for a coffee or basic groceries. There is a proposal to re-paint the whole building sometimes by the end of the year. Understood that qoutation is ready, pending for buy-off in next AGM. If this plan can really materialize, it would really help the capital apprecitation of gold coast, in view of the strategic location and unique design.
