Good response in new launch... is possible as commitment is low. But how well the response in sub-sales later especially for long stay... only time will tells.

RM650/sqft might sound overpriced, however the selling price is affordable at RM300-400k because the units are small.

It is also easier to get bank loan for units like this, after Bank Negara imposed the new ruling.

Tambun Indah is smart by introducing this type of units. Most young working couple can afford to stay and enjoy the facility.

Only launched on 9th June and so many units sold out means what?

Their Cronies and Bulk Buyers want to speculate again?

its lower entry price (due to smaller size) that attracted strong demand.

June 4, 2012 at 12:07 PM twyeow88 said...

i hv seen even smaller than this eg. 398 sq ft. personally i think it's liveable for couple without kids. very good demand in s'pore and HK b'cos of psf is low. and good for those who are travelling half the time. or those who only spend the weekend in penang.

those sold is because of they are selling it before the launching to those who bought their project before. I went to the sales office 1 months ago and they are just started selling at that time..

Attention rich penang ppl. Strait garden luxury condo launched. ~1300sq ~rm658k with 4 Aircond. Not yet sold out.

August 3, 2012 at 9:11 AM Tying said...

As i surveyed, the biggest unit about 400k.

Downstairs are shoplots, not for sale but only for rent by the developer. So they can choose the tenant, as the sale person told me some time ago.
