  1. Just checked the price ranging from 300 per sq ft and .18 cents for each sq ft maintenance
    Seems a little pricey
    ANy comments?

  2. Hi Keya,

The property price difference between mainland and island is typically 1:2. Are condos on the island averaging RM600/sqft?

  3. How sure nobody built anything to block the sea view? Pjd famous in over commit.

  4. pricey - yes for mainland standard but I think is worth for overall location, design and quality. Personally I felt property in the island are congested in overall design and location.

18 cents per/sq m - well consider the lower density and inflation in the next 2 to 3 yrs

sea view - always buy the highest floor.

  5. hi there, how u all feel the overall environment over there? planning to buy a unit there but a little exp for condo in bw. any advise and suggestion? appreciate...

  10. anyone knows any good renovation contractor for Wellesly?

  11. Anybody know whether it is true that the developer arranged partial OC for block B while block A is still under constructions? Wonder how the legal consequences are...
Insurance against accidents, warranty, maintenance etc.
Council djould never approve anything like that...
