  4. stay away from Farlim developer! i am a former Sri Kristal buyer and existing resident in farlim now, they are the cheater! their building not according to the illustration showed, that is totally different, show in the illustration like a grand building once the real one will be looks like a flat, plus their management is the Penang worst blood sucker management, totally don`t consider if that is leasehold, do you see any building in Farlim still in good managed and maintenance? good luck to the people who interested about their project.

  5. 390 per sq ft is too overpriced for this location. Ask any residence here to learn more about flood and drainage problem, management problems, traffic nightmare, etc.

  6. Yes to Steven, and did not see any FREEHOLD mentioned also did not have any facilities, totally not worth to consider, with that price is easily to find any good location property !!

  7. Couldn't agree more. Farlim is definitely not one of those developer who really emphasize on quality and image. Own some of their lousy project.

    I am lucky to be able to rent it out at least...
