Yes, it is already launched.
Semi D is more than RM800K, and the terrace is below RM700K.

I'm Mac from Raine & Horne Penang, we are the exclusive marketing agent for the Taman Sri Aman.
First of all, I would like to thanks all of you for the comment on this blog.
Taman Sri Aman is a Double Storey Terrace Project. There are only Terrace in this project and no Semi-Ds or Bungalows.
There are total 37 units in this project and at the moment Lip Sin Company had decided to launch only 10 units of intermediate unit for booking.
The price of the Taman Sri Aman is RM 778,000 which inclusive of all legal fees and stamp duty namely Legal Fees for S&P, Legal Fees for Loan Agreement, Stamp Duty for MOT (Title Transfer), Stamp Duty for Loan Agreement and Disbursement for Loan Agreement. In another word, the RM 778,000 is the net price that buyer has to pay for the purchase.
As for clarification, the price that mentioned by Ken Saw is our another project called Taman Sri Mewah Jaya. For Jaya, the selling price for Terrace is RM 675,000 and as for Semi-Ds will be RM 830,000 onwards.

Hi James,
The project had just official launched and is now available for booking. The progress of construction is around 80% and the OC is expected to be in last quater of 2010 or probably earlier than that. We have an original unit for viewing by appointment basis thus please contact me if you want to visit the site. Our office is at 14, Penang Street, Georgetown. Of course we will prefer to meet you at the site because you can have a better feeling of the house and the environment.

Anyone know does this Taman Sri Aman has flooding problem? Noticed that the land of SouthBay right beside it does being built higher..?
the quality and finishing of the house is really bad comparing with other with the same price range...
Just 5 mins walk from Taman Sri Mewah but the price different by RM200K :-(
