    Yes/Absolutely/Definitely I’m facing the same problem too. I really disappointed, dissatisfied & frustrated with the developer’s excuse. I’m going to bring this issue to Consumer Association. We’ll see what will happen.

    To Developer,
    I never seen parking lot in other building defined as a LEVEL 1, most of it defined as a Ground level or Basement. Even in a lift, parking level normally stated as B1 or G. Please don’t give us stupid excuse.

  6. AnyBody knows there will be "gangster Contractor" jaga to the renovation...??
    Why every body keep quiet and dont dare to report to police....The Developer allow gangster contractor to jaga there ....Haiz....!@#$%
    Sucks developer...better dont buy tis aprt !!

  7. unfortunately, no law in malaysia can STOP this so called gangster contractor....report to Bkt Aman, MPPP, ministry of housing etc also useless....i personally did all that, end up, nth will happen, the most is they will urge the developer to form JMB asap...tatz it....im facing the same problem in other high rise building as well...if anyone can solve this, BRAVO to that person!! n thanks on behalf of all highrise owners!!!

Ya, Tan i also notice alot of busted gangster onsite to jaga the area,.. :( , wht to do.. we are low income group ppls no power to fight with them,...somemore they used to bully those low / poor ppls only.....my only advice here..is hope those consider this aprtment ppl, better dont buy.....that day i ask the quote...damn expensive.+.. the Fucker wan rubbish / garbage collection (kopi duit) RM250 ....if u dont wan to appoint them to do your house renovation, + also u need to buy sand and cement from them is compulsory, damn bad luck to buy tis project :( , lousy lavender park and genuine galaxy !.......

The developer(genuine galaxy sdn bhd) most probably involved in joint venture with local gangster to extort money$$ from residents by blocking any other outside contractors from carrying out their work there. So at the end the residents they will have to deal with these gangster for the renovation work. (JV strategic)....

    if not why developer just keep quite and didn't adopt any action againt ganster contractor.... like report to police?? see now aday the gangster's can easily set up the tables at elevator entrance to monitor who goes up and down.

    We are low income group ppls....we using our hard earn saving to buy this lavender park project, but at the end we suffer again...and cannot renovate by ownself ....instead need to pay more extra $$$ somemore for gangster contractor to renovate our Apartment..... :( .. that is really not fair.......wht is this Fucking world ?? we all get bully bt no one dare to say anything.......... :(

    I sincerely hope those residents can united together make many complaint as much as posible ... to highlighting such cases and demand the authorities do something abt tis issue.... perhaps, we should sue the developer (genuine galaxy sdn bhd) for hiding this information and demand that authorities (MPPP)or Housing development agency to BAN and Blacklist such developer(genuine Galaxy)!!!!!! :(

    Dont worry my dear residents be united .... i will capture the photo's (those gangster's near by elavator) and report to police and send complaint letter to penang perumahan agency and malaysia housing development government agency in putrajaya (KL) also ....... that is all i can do ..... u all also buat complaint to fight ...

    will Hightlight to them take action againt the gangster and developer (either blacklist or BAN them)..... :(

    I am really sad and frustrated .... own house cannot renovate by own... somemore need to ask gangster to renovate my low medium cost house.... wht the hell of tis world !!!

  14. I agreed. I am planning to buy a house just for myself to stay, but I heard alot of these "gangster contractor"!! WTF !! I cannot believe this is happening in Malaysia. Our country Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM)is so useless..!

  17. My unit now renovating by my own contractor...gangster ask for RM1k for rubbish & some knocking, damn expensive!!! :(

    but how, still have to pay to avoid trouble :(

  20. I asked before in year 2007/2008, the price is 72500. After couple of months, the price increased another 20K to 92K and now 158K?
