If BLR increase to 0.75% u cannot finish paying loan

To many people refinance is the only option to reduce interest we pay to bank.
Now, there is a new way to save 30%-80% of housing loan interest and shorten the tenure by 5-20 years without the hassle of refinancing. It is known as "Mortgage Reduction Planning".

After 30 years, total payment would be RM 264,000.00
