You are right.
I understand that ~50% of the units in this condo become daily rental units. Units are rented out to Indon patients who visit the hospital nearby.
Security is a major concern.
The only facility is the pool. The gym is closed down already.
I noticed a lot of Indons and patients.
Imagine how bad you will feel if you meet all types of patients every morning before you go to work.
