I'm staying in 6th flr n i wont recommend ppl to buy DBJ because there is serious nuisance in 4th floor and it can be heard even on the 10th floor n d management office don't gv a shit. Think twice if u would like to hv a peaceful home.

Victoria Heights not bad lah, I got friend stay there. But when u walk it's pretty smelly because there's a pig farm near it. Also, balcony very small and place not very big.I prefer living in Desa Golf as it's much bigger and the balcony bigger and it has a great view. Not meaning insult/hurt anybody's feeling if I said that, sry

Please BEWARE when u going to rent a house in this apartment. There have a house owner he have over 20 houses ONLY for RENT! All of their house is under their company name WELLACCESS.
Ask before you rent, don't rent from this owner. If not, u will regret! BEWARE!!
He might chase u for the pass rental after u paid long time ago. even rental for 1 year ago he might come back suddenly and ask for prove!
The reason that he give u is " I cannot track your rental"!
Story is like this:
I personally rent house from this owner, the starting I rent this house until now, the owner keep call back and asking for prove for pass rental. All along, my rental was bank in nicely to his bank account every month, just except a few months late payment due to busy. But 1 thing is I never owe even 1 sen of rental, but the owner keep saying I didn't pay rental cause he can't track my record!
The worse story is as below:
now is SEPT 2010, the owner still chase me for the rental at OKT 2009. At the beginning he chase for MAY and JUNE 1010, after I show my prove, then he stated to KOREK rental for more long ago and ask for prove, at last he KOREK OKT 2009. WTF? The rental I had paid so long ago and now the owner call back and say I didn't pay and ask for prove. WTF? bank statement from atm will fade all become blank paper after a few months, how to prove to this RAT with the statement that been fade away? The owner said like this : I don't care your statement is fade or not, I just want you to prove to me, I just want my money! IF U NOT SATISFIED U CAN GET LOST! This is how the owner told me!
