How much is the maintenance psf? Is this a commercial or residential tittle/rate when we apply for TNB and indah water..?
Anybody with a single floor unit sea view to sell ? I am urgently looking for one and willing to pay 250k nett if you are willing to let go since the developer already bankrupt and the strata title is not available.

I think the reason you want "to buy a condo which the developer already bankrupt and strata title is not available" is because it is cheap, correct?
My advice is do not buy. Because it is cumbersome, banks are not willing to lend, the property value decreasing, maintaining of building won't be good, many owners will want to sell.
