Developer is Centrepoint Tiara from Singapore company.They dont have any office but sales office located in UOB Kelawei road.Type A selling price from 958k onward and Type B selling price from 868k onward.ETA is 2011.

The project is beside De Harvest and size is small than De Harvest but price is expensive.
I still prefer De Harvest than this project.

Hi Sylvene,can you tell me what you heard?I also went to the first and second day of the launching in OUB Kelawei road and noted that not much units sold during the launching.

I'm agree with P that Celesta not doing well on their launching if compare with De Harvest which sold out within 2 days during launching last year.

The reason that Celesta responed slow is due to they don't have any show unit and also economic slow down this year.

It just my 2 cents thought..

ya, we can't compare X and Y by just looking at the outlook, cos they do not have show house and De Harvest did have while launching.
Undeniable, De Harvest is doing well. However, P need to wait and see the total outcome. This is just their beginning.
Today newspaper stated they left 5 units. Frankly speaking, project without sample house that can sell more than 50% out of their total units is considered good.
Economy bad is not an issue. If you are in property line, you'll notice many buyer would like to buy CASH. It is proven that Penangite is rich! haha...

SP Setia, South Bay and E&O are selling fast due to the attractive interior design of the sample house although their price is slightly higher (compared by area).
Many buyer book blindly cos they're attracted by the I.D. Unless you can throw 200k or 300k to do the I.D like the sample house, otherwise buyer need to really look into the built-up and materials provided by the developer.

I've gone thru the floor plans for both De' Harvest and Celesta Garden. The built up of De' Harvest is approx. 3200 sq. ft while Celesta Garden Type A is approx. 3400 sq. ft. and Type B is approx. 3100 sq. ft.

Now they hav show house? They hav sales launching on 12 & 13 June at UOB Bank kelawai branch.. This project at jelutong area, take UOB bank at kelawai... to far la.. The price is so expensive Type A RM968k with 3600sqft & Type B RM868k with 3300sqft...

from the floor plan, it should be 13.5 x 17. why are u so concern about this? the master bedroom is on 1st floor not 2nd floor.
one for wife and the other one for girlfriend? haha

I am agree with Penang as i also went during the lauching at UOB bank. The selling price start from 868k onward for Type B and 958k for Type A. Corner unit is more expensive and price should higher than 868k unless your mum got special discount from developer?

Guess the corner unit simply cost u RM1 mil and above la.
Belleview launched a 3 storey terrace at bukit dumbar, for the int. unit that less than 3000 sq ft., it costs RM900k and above.
This project is worth buying/invest as compared to PLB and Belleview projects nearby after the comparison. Those famous developer are doing well publicity and advertising. They've established trust amoung buyers.
The only concern for this project is the company background, they're new in pg market. However, i've done a research, the company is quite strong as there are several "giant" partners in the co.
As been told by the sales person in-charge, they're giving guocera tiles, johnson suisse, clay roof, ..etc. It seems to be quite quality.

Another one of the projects where I wish the developer would put in more effort and time in ensuring quality to its customers.
Workmanship was just average and poorly executed - I guess there was no supervision or no experience by the developer..?

There're complaint of unsymmetric structures and floortiles, crack lines appearing on wall and patchy paintwork, yes, in newly built houses. So sad, purchasers are made to accept these defects in their homes..

What have become of our industry, so much so defects in new homes has become the norm...?
