this is a bad area! insufficient parking lot available. the selfish management here not allow the resident to park their vehicle outside the apartment area, therefore the resident need to park far away along the road side which is very dangerous especially to ladies that work late. it is a main road and the cars park along the road can be hit easily especially a lot of heavy truck using this road every morning. besides, many strat dogs at this area and always bark at people and chasing after the resident. Conclusion, this is not a good living place. This is just my 2 cents thought anyway....
Everywhere in Penang also meet the same problem insufficient parking lot available.
For some household having 2 or 3 car ofcoz have to find your own parking place. Unless you own a land property.
Try to think in positive way maybe you can appreciate what the new management here not allow the resident to park their vehicle outside the apartment area, because some car owner are lazy walk too far, it really block the entrance and made the residents hardly move in or out. Hope Joseph can understand. Sri Abadi is a place that can give you fell relax in style on your own house and listen to the gentle breeze.

Agree with Joseph, not a preferable place to stay if affortable. Facilities badly managed, lack of parking space, and most improtantly some stupid idiot pee inside the lift, always...

Everywhere is the same more or less when you don't have enough money to afford luxurious place. Traffic is also not something you can control. Penang also was once not so congested but nowadays it's getting heavier. Did anyone choose to move out of Penang because of this alone?
