Jalan Mengkuang is actually not far, just 10 minutes away from Penang Bridge and 5 minutes from ferry terminal. I find it very strategic
It wil b mr strategic after Penang 2nd-bridge's construction is completed as the traffic wil nt b so congested.
If it were build in Pg Island, I guess reasonable price probably 2x or more

Person who want to buy it please consider properly, my house now face the aircond paip is just only PC couper(cheong), because I ask somebody intall ceiling aircond for my living room, but the paip not really couper paip is "cheong" one. So no person want intall the ceiling aircond to me because tis "cheong" paip tak boleh tahan , after 3 month water will be come out from paip . If nak tahan lama will change all the paip wantpay more RM3800++, ask developer why so like that , she ask me call their contrator.Actually this problem must solve by developer,but they ask me call direct contrator, just like take a ball kick here and kick there.

not every of the house owner let the developer to do the piping for the air-cond bcos it's optional.so if someone looking to buy the unit there, better ask the owner 1st.anyhow,its quite cheap to do on our own. my friend is lucky cos the unit that she bought was without additional work on piping when i told her the case of Cenny. i'm looking for those unit facing swimming pool. is there anyone to let out?(without piping work one)
