So do you know what is the current progress? Any units open for sale?
Suppose to launch next yrs for phase 2 due to market slow then they have stop it.You might need to call up the Southdown (developer) and check with them at 046491221.The Phase 1 resale at RM488k now.

I've check with the Developer and inform me the Phase 2 will launch on 2010 and the estimate price will be over RM500k.

Project on hold now cos change of main contractor and subcon.TPPT will take over this project from Southdowns.

at this time , pls be careful when u buy property. why u dont go to have a look the property oppositte Southtowns, i had when there to view thier show house.... is a value buy

I was there last week, nobody at the site. How can it complete by 2010, still doublt!!
Just call to the management, the construction will be resume back next week. The new developer and the status will be inform to all the owner this end of the month.
I am also one of the buyer of the 1st phase of Teluk Kumbar Heights. I am worried of the status.Hope and pray that it will be continued ASAP. This is my first time buying a property. Hope other buyers will also follow up with the progression and inform in this site. Since I am in oversea right now, will be grateful to see some positive comments here about the project.
I have a friend, he was former South Down site supervisor, as what I knew from him, somebody will take over this project by not so soon. Some negotiation now. Hope everything will be fine and finish this project ASAP.
A purchaser meeting was held on last Sat (1st Aug) to update the purchasers on the project update. The house will be completed by July 2010 while the main infrastructure to be completed end Dec 2010.
Pass by this project today from Teluk Kumbar, look like the work being resume; and notice some landscape cleaning beside/down hill ( near road side, opposite Prestige Height)… something new coming? Or the same project?

the slope is part of the development to built shop lot if not mistaken. it's also to main road to reach teras house.
I am going up to the site last month... and everything look smooth. Interior wall for ground & first were completed.

Recently, many new housing projects developed in Teluk Kumbar,( Prestige Heights,TK Residence, Sunway Aspera, Cascara 88, Pavilon Tower and so on) soon there will be road widening project along Bayan Lepas to Teluk Kumbar, and 5 stars hotel is coming up soon. With its strategic location nearby FTZ area, Airport and Pg Second bridge. It has transformed from small fishing village into a highly livable and preferable housing area for many young couples. Due to scarcity of land in Pg island. All DST housing prices are picking up however land size becoming smaller and smaller. It is hard to find a land size for new DST with 20x70sf such as Teluk Kumbar Heights.
