Mar Vista Duplex like Ivan's unit ought to be between 210-215K in this economic condition. Also, considering that he maintainance fees are almost Rm300 per month and there is no facilities whatsoever besides secutiry guards, 248K is pushing it.

Is the Mar VistaCondo accessible by the 101 bus from the KOMTAR? Do I have to own a car to get to this apartment building.
the bus will stop by some where around mar vista. it has a walking distance from the bus station. maybe 5 minutes walk? i'm not sure about that.
