I am the owner of this MH unit. Alert you all,the residents that my van has been ransacked just yesterday and money missing. the last time i'm trying to buy a bumi lot, I was advised not to, bcos my source told me very very difficult to convert.
I think it is in an disadvantage situation for bumi lot holder bcos they can oni sell to bumi, while non-bumi can sell to all, so it translate to less customer to bumi seller which also mean they take longer time to sell out their unit compare to non-bumi. not sure u guys agree or not
