This place sucks.. There is not enough car parks. I got summon once a week. The facility is shitty. Now my summons bcoz parking oustide mounting to RM1000. Total 4 summons since early this year. For those want to buy house here think twice.. Now the new managment is real blood sucker, they hike up the ranted car park 100%. Stay away from this place... Never too late to change your decision...
I really regret buying a unit here..
