this project is going to launch around May or June. the show units there is so beautiful and the interior design concept is so special. those who like to own a property in bt feringghi shud go and have a look of their show unit. currently the show unit is the Semi-D type.

Is anyone tell me the difference between Ferrenghi park Tropika and Ferrenghi park residence ?
Is it the same compound with different villas type or 2 different/separated compounds ?
Do they both have a club house with pool ?
Why such huge price difference in the offers above ?
