The price range is RM258k-RM264k. As I know only 1 unit left for 875sf. You may look for Block A units.
The location of this project is very strategic but a bit congest with traffic. I think this is what most of the apartments and condos in Penang are facing....

u must have apply for the goverment and your salary have to low than rm3000 to purchase.

Exciting thing happening in Halaman Kristal soon.
1) Current one way traffic will be solve soon. a piece of land opposite will transfer into a Park and parking space.
2) Beginning of next year B and C block will get the OC.
3) Price in Halaman Kristal expected to be around 420-450k after a new valuation.
