I heard that the OC will be obtained in these 2 months. After that the price might be 688k for those available units.
I called the developer recently, but the OC is still pending. Is it confirm that in front will be a mosque? The empty space at the side of main entrance. Anyone has any idea where the mosque to be built or not. Tq.

good also as they may plant some perfume tree to cover the odor of the dead...

Wakakaka..call Richmont up asking..they say got few unit left but only sell after OC obtained..price have to wait until OC and now can put a deposit for it..what kind of sale is it? bad impression and bad customer experience.

Frankly speaking, quite a good place to stay... Even the developer's sister is staying there, moreover the developer's relative is staying there too... A lot of super luxury cars owners staying there already...
Just attended the 1st meeting with the developer and the residences, nice experience :)
Just to add here, one of the concerns to the Richmont Resindences would be especially its main entrance, narrow, specially the turning point coming from Sg. Pinang (to Jln Jelutong) and turning left onto its entrance the pavement is too high and need to be removed/reworked if not if will pose hazardous to those turning in left (either for its residences or visitors).
With the help from YB Jeff Ooi & MPPP members, the concerns about the safety of the entrance at Richmont Residences will be resolved soon. The box junction (yellow box) has been painted last few weeks to prevent gridlock. Now, they are reworking on the pavement and roadway to widen the turning point at the main entrance.
Special thanks to YB Jeff Ooi, Patahiyah, all HoDs & members of MPPP for thier kind attention, prompt response, efforts & time on this matter. Really appreciate it.
