just be careful that you can tolerate the horrible traffic beside bay garden. Always got car park there for the ikan bakar place..all cars honking, car alarm go off and also ikan bakar frying smell all evening
Actually the BBQ smell and the gentle sea breeze makes the whole place feels like a resort.

These two properties are soooo different in terms of residential types and location.
