maintainance fees cheap only Rm 180 p/m , Butso sad no swimming pool
how many carpark lot for each unit?
The maintainance fee is RM200p/m exlcusive a sinking fund of RM20p/m. Initially, car park lot is RM5K, now goes up to RM10-20K.

RM450k not the market value too high, which floor?
bare unit call for 380k to 400k. Fully renovated 450k is reasonable for serious buyer.
If you think 450k is too much, then pls find a duplex apt in PG with 1.4k sqft, low density (49hse), 2 parking lots, nearby bank, shopping complex, hawker centre, petrol station, hotel (Bsuite), Vistapoint, OSK, Maxis, furniture shop, pharmacy, clinic, middle class restaurant, school, nursery, car repair shop and many more...all is within walking distance. Many think the apt is near traffic roundabout, but is amazingly quiter and better than many places in PG.
Oasis is selling 310k with 1k sqft, with 2 carpark, bare unit. Then do you think it is worth?
