Anyone know what the range of price? Thank you

March 16, 2008 at 6:39 PMAnonymous

No idea. But you better check out the surroundings. See for yourself what's around, price is secondary.

March 26, 2008 at 3:54 PMAnonymous

All units are sold out.

March 29, 2008 at 3:30 PMAnonymous

I just booked one unit and thiking to pay the deposit. Before I'm going to pay the deposit, I need some info or comment from you guys. Can anyone give me some comments? This property is valuable for future?

What attracting me is
1. low down payment
2. ~RM250k for 1100 sqft
3. come with 2 covered car parks
4. free hold
5. come with wide brick for floor

Disadvantage:
1. far if go to Bayan Lepas
2. near cemetery
3. traffic there is busy
4. ~RM140 for maintainence fee which without swimming pool

Thanks.

March 29, 2008 at 5:39 PMAnonymous

i have bought one a year ago.
to me, the design is fantastic with reasonable price if you don't mind the cemeteries.
Nice view too :)

March 29, 2008 at 10:53 PMAnonymous

Thanks for your response. May I know your unit is facing phase II or hill? I'm not sure the price is reasonable or not. Do you mind to tell me how much you bought it?Thanks.

March 30, 2008 at 11:50 AMAnonymous

mine is facing kek lok si and air itam. abt 24+ k at mid level.
Cannot remember the exact price but the rate per sf was abt the lowest in penang.
hope this will help u.

March 31, 2008 at 3:07 PMAnonymous

Thanks.

Any one there has any comment?

April 23, 2008 at 11:07 PMAnonymous

I think The main highest problem to be faced will be the traffic issues more then others. only hopes of the Penang Goverment will comes out the better plan to handle it.

May 23, 2008 at 6:49 PMAnonymous

anyone want to sell 700sqft unit ?

June 4, 2008 at 5:08 PMAnonymous

Yes. wanna sell my 700sq unit.

June 9, 2008 at 1:10 PMAnonymous

How much for ur 700 sqft unit?

June 11, 2008 at 10:02 AMAnonymous

I recently past by the site and notice that the view is all seeing to cementary. That is not a major concern if you don mind the cementary view.

However, I think the major problem with BL is the traffic. It is very congested there. So potential buyers, I hope you will consider the traffic issue before buying BL. Go to the area during 8+ (when everybody is rushing to work) and 6+ (when everybody is going home). Test out the traffic.

I'm a BL buyer and I'm regretting. So this is just my advise.

June 11, 2008 at 11:38 PMAnonymous

then you will be more regretting if you go with asia heights or sri kristal. what do you think?

June 14, 2008 at 12:30 AMAnonymous

Ya lor, I don think if given a second chance, I would buy a home in this area. Traffic very problematic. But again, there's nothing I can do now. Just have to stay here and make the best out of it, rite?

June 17, 2008 at 1:44 AMAnonymous

i just bought one yesterday, floor 13th. Actualy i want higher floor so that can have better view & air. Unfortunately, all sold out. After minus 9%, is about 240k, for 1100sq ft....worth it? i afraid later properties price will hike extremely high due to the fuel, steel & cement price. Tell me that this is worth it please....

June 18, 2008 at 12:42 AMAnonymous

I am one of the buyer too, welcome to BL AVENUE!
I didn't see any new development with 1100sf /unit is selling below 250k now in Penang island, do you?

June 22, 2008 at 9:21 AMAnonymous

Hey, are you from Reka Indah? I think the developer will come to leave positive comment here. Most important thing in properties investment is the location. BL avenue is not a good choice. what do you guys think?

June 26, 2008 at 12:01 PMAnonymous

Main concern for properties investment is always location , location and location ... Sorry guy but for me this BL Avenue is not worth ... However with considering the price and size , yes , u cannot find it anywhere in Penang island ... still OK if u use to be live in that area and plan for own living ... good luck guys !

July 1, 2008 at 11:54 AMAnonymous

Refer to this blog, Ixora Heights is the cheapest apartment, some more it got freehold status now. Based on it's facilities and layout not bad. 960sq 200k++
Late already. :(

July 1, 2008 at 1:40 PMAnonymous

hi all,
I bought one on early 2007 with discounted price of 225k at 18th for 1100sf, 2 car parks.
225/1100=rm204.5 per sf.
Ixora Heigts 200k++?/960 = rm208.3 per sf for one car park.
Not sure if this is a good investment but to me, i am just looking for a affordable home.I am not a investor!
i think it is about the timing you buy, maybe you need to pay as much as 260 or more after OC obtained.

July 7, 2008 at 3:49 PMAnonymous

anyone have picture ?. could not wait to get inside.

July 14, 2008 at 5:30 PMAnonymous

To ockock1@tm.net.my,

The ad says 19 storeys, how come your unit is at 24th floor?

where is your unit facing?

July 17, 2008 at 10:55 PMAnonymous

If not mistaken, they changed the plan and now each level 6 units and total 26th floor.

July 21, 2008 at 12:33 PMAnonymous

I'm just purchased a unit at BL Garden 700sq. ft. at Rm124K last month. I think it's Good deal and reasonable price.
I agreed that the trific is bad but anyone can tell me where is the place no Jammed??? Greenlane avday Jammed!!
It's just a short distance serious jammed(within 2km) from BL to Greenlane main road.
For me, it's worth it with such a size, layout and view.

July 25, 2008 at 4:03 PMAnonymous

i purchased 700sqft yr 2006 rm97,500...for me is worth... penang everywhere also traffic jam...for me is still ok due to my job is flexible hours...

July 26, 2008 at 4:44 PMAnonymous

they gonna lauching a new project d,seem like very class also

August 2, 2008 at 11:01 PMChuah

I am also BL garden owner, cant wait to move in...the traffic there is busy, but compare to all farlim apartment & house owners even worst coz they need to jam so long to town area & bayan lepas coz they are from inside......

August 2, 2008 at 11:13 PMChuah

I have a comparison between BL avenue & garden.
1100sqf vs 700sqf
250k vs 138k
RM227/sqf vs RM197/sqf
Maintenance 140/month vs 84/month
2 car park vs 1 car park(13k)
For AVENUE, you pay extra 112k for additional 1 carpark(13k), 400sqf space, additional facility (which is bigger rooftop garden area) & lower density. Hope this comparison will help u on decision making.

August 3, 2008 at 6:20 PMAnonymous

When OC obtain??

August 6, 2008 at 2:02 AM163

I bought avenue unit. It come with 2ft X 2ft floor tile. 2 car park but I don't really like it becos' both cars have to park in a straight line. A bit troublesome when you want to move the first car out. And also the bathroom door facing the masterbed room's enterent. A weak point here.

The unit has a high ceiling 11ft., so it won't be hot. No need air con!
Mine is facing the KLSi or dam so it will not be block as the otherside facing GLane will be block later when the 2nd phase are build up.

Cemeteries when get use to it,is normal thing only... In fact is quite far apart from the building.

Hear that there is a Giant come up next to it, just oposite the polis station area.

Initially, I consider Penhill but the price shoot up after OC were obtained to about RM280K to Rm300K. Initall price RM230 up. Size is slightly smaller ie. 1050sq ft.

Trafic, aiya.. Penang where got no jam one. Even backlane also jam lo.. My friend stay in the mainland also caught in the jam everyday. Sometime even worse when there is an accident on the bridge. I told him to have a fishing rod in his car so that can do fishing while stuck in the jam!!

*** Note. Is just some infos for those who need it. I have nothing to do with RI, just a parcel owner.

August 7, 2008 at 1:57 PMAnonymous

I am very shock, i've saw I-Regency , also have supplemental agreement , this BL also hv supplemental agreement , means that strata title is very difficult be obtained, also means that not worth it at all.

August 9, 2008 at 4:57 PMAnonymous

did anyone know when da house will be completed? and when will get da OC??

August 9, 2008 at 5:03 PMAnonymous

August 10, 2008 at 3:22 PMAnonymous

BL Garden the maintainence fee only RM 84 per month??? and RM 138K is which floor???

August 11, 2008 at 10:38 AMAnonymous

u wan use 138K buy juz 700sqft and sleep wif cemetery? no swimming pool so juz RM84. other property near here got swimming pool juz RM95 and 860sqft juz start from 150K.

August 13, 2008 at 10:40 PMAnonymous

Where can i get 150K apartment with swimming pool and RM95 sampah fee? Can you recommend some of them?

August 14, 2008 at 1:19 AMAnonymous

Thumbs up to Rekah Indah! The finishing of this apartment is top class though I personally may not like the location. Hope RI will have project in other area.

August 15, 2008 at 12:47 PMAnonymous

No matter BL Garden or Avenue. The answer is very clear in your heart. Is it good your home facing and surrounded by cemeteries? Do you guy believe feng shui? What is "qi"? Why die people have to place at specify location in order not to harm their next generation?

August 17, 2008 at 1:22 AMAnonymous

Phase II coming up. Location just opposite BL Avenue/Hill, called "BLVD". Full condo facilities

Type A = 1200 sq ft
Type A1= 1050 sq ft
Type B = 950 sq ft.

August 17, 2008 at 6:18 PMAnonymous

I think there's nothing so much issue about facing or near cemeteries, housing area n condo at mount erskine faced cemeteries for years n yet still selling at high prices...

August 18, 2008 at 12:04 AMAnonymous

what about people that staying at raffle range? I'm the one also staying there even facing the cemeteries as my car also park besides the cemeteries..for me it is not a big deal cos BL actually quite far from the cemeteries if compare with raffle range A,E and F block...

August 18, 2008 at 12:38 AMAnonymous

To be fair, don't think there is any right or wrong answer here.
It's still down to personal preference.

August 26, 2008 at 3:09 PMAnonymous

hi for those concern with feng shui!! i believe facing those areas mostly likely is not good if you have better choice! Marina bay and some others also have the same thing but i think they are bit far from the 'location'. Think twice before you decide to place ur $!! Off course the view is amazing especially those can see far away to Gurney Drive or even Jetty, I think. Good luck guys. PG is facing limited of spaces but is not up to extend that you need to choose such places. Yes, feng shui at cementeries is good else they will not there but there are for those ppl go to heaven!!

August 29, 2008 at 10:45 AMAnonymous

I'm also an Avenue buyer. I checked whole of Pg Island and can confirm this is one of the value apartments around :)

You dont believe, go chk out Oasis (Nusmetro). I felt so satisfied with my unit after checking out the showunit at Nusmetro :P

August 29, 2008 at 10:49 AMAnonymous

** I meant to say BEST valued apartments :)

September 11, 2008 at 3:33 PMlee

i feel the price for this apartment too high not worth for investment or living..is really heavy jam from early morning and evening.

September 15, 2008 at 10:24 PMLK

I got a unit on the 19th floor for sale. It is a 1100sq ft unit with 24"x24" tiles. also with 2 car parks. location of car park is just 1 level lower than the exit/ entrance point..
The balcony is facing north & is a corner unit overlooking the tg.tokong sea..
please drop me an email and we discuss..

September 15, 2008 at 10:29 PMLK

BTW, anyone that is not a feng shui master, please dont comment further of the matter.
But I do have 1 point to add.
If u were to stay in the east section of the island ( from Butterworth) looking straight toward this BL Hill sides..you would see that the hills loooks llike a dragon's body and the head is BL Avenue Apt.
Tell me if this is bad?
It is opposite of the Paya terubong project which was clarified as the apt is located at the tail end of a dragon....

September 15, 2008 at 11:10 PMLK

BTw, a mention on issue of supplemental agreement. It will only apply if a developer decides to apply for a strata title when the built up area of your unit exceeds the size that isd stated in your SPA agreement. I dont see this with BL Avenue as it is clearly stated as 1100sq.ft.
Other apartments like that in SPA stated 900sqft but then you get a size of 1100sqft total...beware you will have to pay extra to the developer if he wants to charge you...otherwise he will be ur management for a life time...

December 14, 2008 at 11:47 PMAnonymous

I heard that BL HILL will completed n obtain OC on March or April.....anybody got further info?

December 18, 2008 at 1:45 PMAnonymous

i tried to call the developer, they told me if everything going smoothly, will obtain OC on Mar or April, else will wait until June. Hope can get it done after CNY.

December 20, 2008 at 4:41 PMAnonymous

I also checked with the Developer and it is also Mar or Apr for BL Avenue.

December 20, 2008 at 7:13 PMAnonymous

Hi All, am one of the buyers........ :-)
waiting to move in once OC obtained. Anybody have good contacts for reno etc?
Thanks, Su

December 23, 2008 at 7:50 PMAnonymous

For reno, u may have to take the appointed in-house contractor, or pay them deposit or buy sands / cements from them.

But have to agree the finishing for this project is top notch.

December 23, 2008 at 9:59 PMAnonymous

Did not know that BL also had an appointed contracter?
Thought this was the case for Sri Kristal whose developer was Farlim but thought it was different for BL?
Is it written anywhere in the S&P?

December 26, 2008 at 11:52 AMAnonymous

Hi, I am a purchaser to BL project too. I think contractor for reno purposes was not stated in the agreement. Anyway, if you are talking about 'reno contractor' which can be seen in most of the newly-completed apartments, i was once informed that they are not the dev's in-house contractor. Neither are they invited to provide reno facilities, but they are there to charge us much more higher than the market price. There is always risks if we say "no" to their services. BTW, this happens to all apartments in Penang. Really hope if our Dev can do something and let us have the freedom of CHOICE.

December 30, 2008 at 3:09 PMAnonymous

Hi All,

I'm the BL Garden Buyer as well.

I'm not very sure on the renovation contract.(Should be Handle by a Group of Tai Ko)

If they didn't mentioned about the Appointed contractor then we should able to find our own renovation contractor.

Besides, I'm doing Renovation Contractor Cum Design Work for Office and House.

Please give me a chance if u need any requirement on the renovation / design.

My contact as below :
Name : CY Choo
Email : cy.limitless@gmail.com

Thanks & Best Wishes

January 1, 2009 at 12:25 AMAnonymous

Hi CY,
Will keep u in mind once i find out if there is an appointed contracter or not.
If u already have designs etc do send them to me, thanks Su.

January 4, 2009 at 9:41 PMAnonymous

The renovation "Tai Ko" is really a cancer cells inside our Penang culture! It become a culture that doesn't make any sense that our goverment can't do anything about it!
We bought a house paying all the necessary fees but we don't have the flexibility to reno our own house! As a buyer, we should stays together and eliminate this type of unhealthy culture... Maybe publish in news press will be good idea?

January 6, 2009 at 8:22 AMAnonymous

Anyone know anything about the land? Is it a reclaim land from graveyard?
And also...does anyone know anything about the function of the two "smoke polls" that come out from the malay's or hindu's graveyard... on the opposite site of the hill (Batu Lanchang graveyard -- infront of the school before going up to the fly-over)? Is it to burn death people and is it still functioning?
I'm not trying to say anything bad about BL Hill, I just wish to understand more.

January 20, 2009 at 10:38 AMMel

Anyone still selling 700sqft? at what price?

January 22, 2009 at 2:23 AMgenesis

I saw one posted for sale at RM180K

February 2, 2009 at 1:34 PMOh

Anyone has any infomation/advise from any Feng Shui Master regarding this project location? It is surrounding by grave yard... I'm very interested in this project but the grave yard...hmmm any comment?

February 16, 2009 at 11:19 PMsc

I'm a person stay in Paya Terubong, Bukit Saujana apartment come with swimming pool, gym, sauna. Car park is ok include basement car park. Maintenances fee is around RM75 and there is a space to wash car which very clean, this apartment is 700 sqf and during night time the weather is very nice, you may no need to install any aircond and current market price is around 50 to 60K. Any interested can check it out..
from apartment to Bayan Lepas if you use the hill side is around 15 minutes and is move quite smooth if there is no accident.

February 16, 2009 at 11:22 PMsc

For those are interested to buy a house to stay or invest, you all may wait for few months later, i strongly believe the prices of penang property will drop lately. Expected btw 10 - 30%.

February 18, 2009 at 1:37 PMOh

you are right!!!!

February 18, 2009 at 10:51 PMIn Style

dont think so.
1997 price drop ?

March 3, 2009 at 4:29 PMLee

Anyone have any idea when OC can be obtained? Wonder if the Developer has actually submitted their application for Sijil Kelayakan Duduk to MPPP.

March 5, 2009 at 8:42 PMChuah

i asked the office and said they have submitted on January, if fast 3 months can get OC if late will take 6 months.....

March 27, 2009 at 11:53 AMChristine

when can we get da OC? the developer said next mth. but still havent receive any letter fr them..

March 31, 2009 at 10:53 AMSeahorse

Not sure how true.. my relative works in an architect firm, and he runs around the council. He said that the OC has just been obtained. Cheers!
About the Feng Shui in the area.. I'm not an expert, but I did some research about living near to cemetery. We just need to find the balance to the 'yin' energy brought by the deads. There is no one specific master that say you MUST NEVER live next to cemetery.
One argument I read is from: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/forum-archive/13581.htm
But of course, some practitioner would not encourage living near the grave sites, as most of us do not know how to find the 'yang' to balance the 'yin'.
I'm one of the buyer for the 700 sq ft. I bought the 25th floor... hopefully it's far enough from some 'yin', and perhaps some good views of the north too...
Not sure if my observation is right... the units facing the main road gets the morning and afternoon sun, while the one facing Greenlane would only get the evening sun...
One of the writer previously posted that we are living at the dragon head? Wow, thats cool... that's what Loh Boon Siew's mansion is. (the whole Transfer Road being the body and tail of the dragon)

April 5, 2009 at 12:54 AMjclk

To ALL owners, I had confirm with BL Avenue's SaLes ppl, and confirm OC has been obtained..but they have yet to receive the official letter from the land office.
I am wonderin if , let's say, once we received the OC Letter, we would either be forced to accept the developer's terms, example..raising the maintenance fees..I hope there would be none of this happening, but I did talked about this matter with them recently, but according to one of the personnel, it was mentioned that they havent decided.
So, my advice is once you received the letter asking for payments...beware of such act...we might want to opposed this and ask them to stick to the agreement of maintennace fee rates.
We can either hold a discussion among all owners and trash this matter out first before anyone signs...what say you all?

April 6, 2009 at 10:42 AMSeahorse

i think we could somehow hold a resident committee and membership if we want to talk to the management. Then we can speak as one voice.

April 6, 2009 at 3:01 PMChristine

hmm... good also.. but is it you think too much? will it happen?

April 6, 2009 at 5:33 PMSeng

Hi,I'm one of the buyers.
nice to hear that the OC has been obtained..
Regarding to raising maintainance fees,I do wish that it wouldn't happen..

April 7, 2009 at 10:48 AMChuah

I m also one of the buyer...i heard from the office personnel said on mid of april, they will send out letter to inform all owners to get keys....but the personnel also not promise me the info she gave me is 100%...just saying "if not mistaken"....I think we should have a online forum for all BL owners to discuss further issues in future...a good way of communication and better unity when solving / organize matters.

April 7, 2009 at 8:52 PMjclk

Hi, I would suggest that once we receive the letter of OC, we can have a session to discuss before we sign anything.
Pls do spread the news around..it would be good to have a cooperation among residents as we will be neighbours soon. We could meet up somewhere in penang to find a solution that is fair to all of us.

April 8, 2009 at 8:10 AMSu

hi jclk, i'm also one of the buyers, i checked the S&P agreement and the maintenance fees are stated in Schedule 5, if this is the case they should follow the agreement right?

April 8, 2009 at 9:15 AMSeahorse

Hi guys,
I have just created an online forum ...
http://blhillforum.lefora.com

I am not an experienced moderator, and will amend the outlook of that site as we move along. Hopefully that will be our forum site in future. The only setback is that you need to register as a member at that site first before you can start posting.

April 8, 2009 at 9:16 AMSeahorse

Dear jclk,
Let us not jump into conclusion first before we even see the letter...
But if we really need to meet up, where else if it's not at our own homes - BL HILL?

April 8, 2009 at 2:44 PMCenny

hi ,
I'm one of the buyer...process always is get the key first for checking house everthing is ok or not then received letter of oc obtained from developer then we sign the agreement?if the process is opposite so how to checking the house?
whose know the prosedure pls let me know. Thank! cenny

April 8, 2009 at 6:45 PMjclk

Hi, If i remember correctly, last apartment i bought.., they will send out the letter telling us of the OC Obtained, and request u to go collect the keys, and when you collect the keys, they will ask you to sign the mantenance agreement. If you agree, and sign, then you will not be able to 'legally' disagree with anything any more, as you had signed.
My personal experiences, only later when I had shifted into the apartment, that most residents got together, and realised, there were diffrent agreements for different residents. By then, you had already signed and the developer will not be liable any further.
SO, it is best to have one voice, dont you think?
I am not saying that this developer or all developers are the same, but my experience hve taught me to be safe than sorry.
After all, it is better to have transparency and accountability.
Remember, paying mantenance fees is for a lifetime of the apartment that you occupy or own.

April 8, 2009 at 8:36 PMSeahorse

If this is the case, I'm thinking of doing this...
When we receive the letter/call to get the keys, we call up the developer and ask about the maintenance first. We post our quoted fees here and compare among ourselves before we go and collect the keys.
Otherwise we wont be able to get the keys when we are already at the office and disagree with the fees.

April 8, 2009 at 8:45 PMSeahorse

This is my same post from the forum:
I just went to the office this afternoon.
The girl asked if I knew that the OC has been obtained. And she further reiterated that they are waiting for the letter from the council. That's what we all know.
The management company is called "Allied Group Property Services S/B"... at least this is the name written on that piece of paper to me when I asked.
But I forgot to ask if there is a sum to pay when we want to the collect the keys.
Can anyone help to ask when you go to the sales office again?

April 9, 2009 at 4:41 PMCenny

Elise is one of the buyer from reka indah staff, she give me answers is three years ago we already sign s & p for maintainance when the price cant cover for fascilities so the maintainance fees will increase than RM0.12 per sq ft.
The developer apoint renovation contrator is Farlim person incharge, she dont know names of contrator, Farlim only one contrator.
She say when company received official letter of council, oc will be obtained & ask ours collect the key, once we collect the key we no need sign everthing when we check the house everthing is ok so we sign it within 18 month if got any problem with house so can complaint within 18 month.
when we want to collect the key, she say want to pay around maximum RM2000.

April 9, 2009 at 5:33 PMJin

which "tai ko" renovation company that bl avenue asign!!! i think should be the same tai ko from sri kristal.

April 9, 2009 at 8:19 PMPenangGuy

Haiz... is a must to have 'tai kor' contrator in Penang no matter who is our gov!!!

April 9, 2009 at 8:57 PMGreatHeight222

why still pay? i thought already taken care of by the bank loans?

April 10, 2009 at 1:18 PMChuah

Dear all,

I very regret buy this house, tis house all renovation will be doing by in house contrator if not will paying sampah sei.In-house contractor quote the quotation is higher than market price 25% .
Normally other apartment's in house contrator must let them do it one job only then extra job for sampah sei no need to pay, but only tis apartment want all the renovation do it by themself.
Intall wood of kitchen cabinet, air cond, door grill, birdcage, wiring also want pay sampah sei.
Untill now also doesnt have electric, I ask for TNB ,they say is RID problem the wire is very short then they not enough intall meter.
Toilet size of the length is smaller than Genting First World Hotel 's toilet.
Guy if u want to buy ,please consider it .

same here, i was told that the in house gangster will be there for long & boulevard condo will be their next project. those who are interested on boulevard should fight with the developer or request your lawyer to add some clauses in your s&p to protect yourself. we are in a helpless situation now!

June 12, 2009 at 5:17 PMJin

what you can do now is to either wait for them to leave or do very minor renovation cause normally their workmaship is lousy.

June 12, 2009 at 5:57 PMLoo

yah, waiting for them to go away is annoying.

June 14, 2009 at 8:51 PMfile

ya... damn pissed off with the renovation taiko :( my fren quoted installing the sliding doors for master room @RM850, taiko is charging RM1430...

June 14, 2009 at 8:53 PMfile

can we do anything? can CAP help?

June 14, 2009 at 9:32 PMPenangGuy

This is really very very bad impression for a developer. Since they are so call appointed 'contractor', their price should be at least reasonable since all the grills, door...etc are the same design and one time manufactured!
If the developer didn't control it well, i personally feel that i wont even consider to buy any of their project! I buy a house with my hard earn money and i have to tolerate those people and pay them money that doesn't worth it! I have to see their face everyday at the entrance! Might as well we stop hiring guard? Since they are so efficient sit there for years...
I don't know why our government, police, or whoever in charge didn't take any effective steps to reduce and stop this unhealthy culture here??!! Before 308 = after 308! Just my 2cent though!

Crack can be seen from Batu Lanchang School after the traffic light. Just stand in front of school and look at the top of BL Avenue. Saw cracks just fixed with cements.

Anyone notice this too?

November 21, 2009 at 4:50 PMPeak

anythingpenang:- U saw crack? r u serious? This is a new building which just completed less than half a year but can see cracks??? Oh my GOD...............What is the developer doing????
BTW, understand there will be another project just right in front of BL Avenue which will block the Kek Lok Si view. Target complition date for this new project is within 2 years. Not sure how true it is, but just wondering....
:(
