hi, all residence: do you know we do have a new vote in vg. cause more than 25% residence realise that all the while they are been cheated by the chairman : yeoh kok aun unit 08-01 and the committee : irene unit 04-04, they do have their own personal problem with the in house contractor & the building director, now Yeoh kok aun facing the big trouble, he let the outside contractor to do the renovation , now the upstairs & the downstairs unit 1 & 2 wall crack. irene, during her renovation she against the rules & regulation, building director ask her to re-arrange back the air cond compressor, she refuse to do it, the the building director on hold her deposit. ( this is all their own personal problem) in future without this two, vg will go back to peace.

Due to the undersea tunnel, Lim Chong Eu - Gurney bypass is next to PG1.

New developments in PG1 may help to add value to it.

1. All the lifts had been replaced with news lifts in last year.

2. In the Seri Tanjung Pinang Phase 2 reclamation plan, the sea front will be pushed out 80-100m to the sea for expressway (~40m wide) and Linear open park stretch (~40m wide) and promenade (15m wide). No high rise building so the sea view will not be obstructed. But sea front at door step will not be there.

3. Water pipe will be replaced soon.
