Please think twice, as a tenant in u-height, i been suffer to do physical exercise every day because of the broken lift (Total of FOUR , Two is broken nearly 1 year, the ONLY two always Down).

The exterior is oredi bad, plus the poor interior maintenance. I wonder why the owners there didnt kick management out?

Location is so good, exactly in front of USM entrance. What a waste if it the condition goes so bad. The inside is so nice!

All lifts are upgraded recently. There are very few defaulters (<10) that owe maintenance fee because new management is taking action to block their touch & go card. The next big project will be the repaint work and therefore property price is expected to rise again.

The water supply condition is really suck. Can u imagine all corroded water come out from all of your taps? Even u install a water filter also cannot solve this problem. The building is really old, we can even see the ceilling is started to crack. Lack of maintenance and no visitor car park, if your fren are visiting u, they need to park their car outside of the building. Few months back they hired a samseng as security. Honestly, we felt threaten by him. But luckily that samseng Chinese security is gone about a month later.
