Hi Agent, is management has plan to install lift on the condo? If not mistaken, all units in same block on same floor are not connected each other, they having individual staircase right? If they going to install lift, lots of lifts to be install on single block, which I dont think is feasible. anyhow, may i know where you get this news from?

Springfield is not a low cost property and the price is low because of the owner is urgent than buyer.The price is decide by the number of demand and number of supply.Supply less and demand high,price high.
We take bayswater as example,why the price so high?I rather take the value to purchase a landed property.But there are still people purchase.Because the demand is there.
I believe all the buyer also won't hope the price of the property they purchase is still so low when they sold out ya....

A lot of SpringField owner use this apartment as weekend stay,certain of them sell out because they move into landed property.This show that this residential area is good in fengshui.if there is a low cost area,how come those owner is so rich???RM 180K is fair for higher floor.Now if valuation for 950 sqft lower floor can go up to RM 270K - RM 290K and 850 sqft can go up to RM 240K - RM 260K,same as Meduim Floor for 950 sqft. Medium floor for 850 sqft is RM 210K - RM 230K.The rest for higher floor will be bad price because there are no lift.So if you want to get a good price in SpringField,better get a lower floor,else very sorry about the price.If you really understand the residences,you will feel very comfortable on the environment of SpringField.Really have a feeling on Spring Season.Trust me....

Personally I will prefer Sunny View. We still can get 220-230k for 900sq ft. The swimming pool/lobby and cafe view in sunny view is really really nice. You can do some research about this Apartment.
Hi Lim, sorry i couldn't make any judgment about the reasonable price for Springfield as this is not good for those sellers here. I was interested with Springfield before but give up because of the termites issues. I am voicing out here because not agree with some investors here who intentionally want to pulling up the price range of this apartment and I don’t think it is worth (asking for 250k some more not ground floor unit??). If you have budget for >250k you can find a better location apartment such as D'piazza.
I agree with you D'piazza is a better location and sunny view has a better view, but if the budget is below RM230K, i think Springfield(950sq,low/middle floor) is consider quite good already.
