If this is true, RM260 might be the initial purchase price for 10th floor unit with 2 car parks. Those offered RM250k look funny to me. If I am the owner, I would only sell if offer more than $300k. Just my take.

Rental return should be reasonable. 1.2k rent per month should yield 5% return for 300K apartment. If can get it at 250k, yield would increase to 6%.
