wah N park also want to buy?? i stayed there be4.. u'll get high blood pressure coz of the traffic there.. will take almost 20 mins at the peak time, just 2 got to the main road..aomemore parking really problematic if u got 2 cars.

marcelclement - payment for assessment is at the city council at Komtar . Go to MPPP or majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang and pay there . Twice a year they would send out bills to be paid before end of feb and end of Aug . Amt is abt 255 rgt

Market value is about 240k now , dun expect below 210k if you are a serious buyer.

Hi Anthony, Market value is market value. There are still some owners selling at about RM205-RM208k partly furnished. So, it depends as some owner is rushing for migration, financial aid, etc,surely I will get it. There is no fixed price for buying a unit. Some may be buying at a super high price but some may be buying at the price which is below the market price. There is no fixed rules. So long, there is a seller and buyer agree on it, then the deal is done!

strange. launched in 1992, price then was 150k, now 205k. only 50k+ appreciation after 20 yrs. i am just curious if new condos will end up same situation as this.

the land beside npark, just behind the sanctuary has been cleared since yesterday. new development coming in? as for current owners and tenants, still good to hold a unit here? when construction start (if there is really new development), the noise will be very close
