GOOD INVESTMENT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.... IT IS NOT EASY TO RENT OUT . DO NOT LISTEN TO THOSE HOUSING AGENTS WHO CAN PROMISE YOU MOON AND SKY.MY UNIT IS LEFT EMPTY FOR MORE THAN 1 YEAR .THERE ARE MANY UNITS FOR SALE . IF THE RETURN IS GOOD WHY SELLING ? IF YOU REALLY WANT TO INVEST I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO BUY FETTES RESIDENCE OR ANY OTHER CONDO NEARBY .

Are sure you are the owner. You are talking about negative element on your own property that you put on sale. Doesn't make sense .. you may be rite on your comments but i cant see your sincerity here.

yes i am the owner , i have no intention to sell since i have the holding power. i can leave it empty for years without any problem . i just advise those who intend to buy for investment without bad intention . in real fact it is not easy to rent out. do not listen to the broker or agent . they will promise you moon and sky. after signing S & P and they got your commision . they will tell you different story . For those people had bought the unit at RM 500k level . they will definitely tell you it;s good investment . Now we are talking about RM 700k level . Micheal , i just tell the truth and the facts. no malicious intention.

Tedd, i do find what you said here made deeper sense, you knowledge seems to be covering a lot of area. Would actually like to learn from you about property investment, hope you could share with me. would you please comment about the peak and boonsiew group gated community here, terrace price rm1.18mil built up about 3000 and 1400 (approximation).
