2011 June. The site is starting to look worn down and neglected now. I don't think there are enough condo owners paying their share of the maintenance fee. All the buildings and surrounding walls are in need of a fresh lick of paint. Plenty of lights not working, waterfall and fountain hardly ever on, poolside furniture is broken, no parasols available now. Club house is under-utilized. Security service is 24 hours but not effective. I caught a security guy having a nap on the top floor of the middle block! They never question anyone at the entrance gate; no-one has to sign in. I would have considered buying a few years ago but glad I stick to renting, as I would not pay what was the going rate 5 years ago now.

I have to agree, I am currently looking at buying but Eden Seaview is very tired looking. Why doesn't the body corporate take a harsher stance on owners that aren't paying their fees. Don't the current owners realize that their property looses value being presented in this manner (especially to potential foreign investors)

Any one interested to buy or rent in ESV please note that be it at your own peril. The place has a few nosy, interfering people who like to control your life. It is like living in a gestapo concentration camp at times. They complain about kids playing in the pool, how you hang your clothes, where you park your car, they complain about residents having visitors insisting on them only being given restricted visiting hours....the place is a pain in the ass....there are better places out there to stay and invest your money in.
