Halaman Kristal is a nice place to stay in. It might not live up up the "Condo" billing, but it certainly provide a nice and quiet environment. Yes, i live there and i can see the cleaner sweeps every floor, everyday without fail. The pool is cleaned on a periodic basis and i can really see those kids enjoy themselves in the big pool. Cleanliness is certainly not a concern. Biggest concern is the carpark outside. People are having problem accessing to the apartment as the raod has been too narrow for 2 cars to passby but this only happen at certain peak hours. The most important factor is the location of this apmt, in which it's located at the centre of everything. Food, shopping, utilities, prayers. If you are not too fussy abt lifestyle, parking, Halaman Kristal is certainly a nice place to stay.
